As I don't have voting rights, I don't think I am in an empowered =
position to make specific suggestions.

If I were going to design the PHP's governance I would design =
differently, but since I'm not in a role to do that I can only accept =
that PHP governance is the way that it is, and point out things I think =
might be problematic.=20

As for specific suggestions? I'll let others who already have a vote =
specify those.
