PHP is not the only project where he has been abusive to: https://pagure.io/CoC/issue/6 Since this is an endless battle, I do not see any other option than taking the battle to legal authorities in Germany (assuming that is where he is located based on name/email locale), not sure if the NetzDG or STGB 185 applies here, but it is worth finding out as this abuse has gone on for far too long now and it is time to make it end. -- regards, Kalle Sommer Nielsen kalle@php.net
