Hi Internals,

I'm really sorry for the long delay on this topic.

I think it's time to vote since there seems like no further discussion is
needed.

*So head's up!* I plan to open this topic for a vote.
The vote will be simple Yes/No and requires to be accepted by 2/3 votes as
