So given JIT probably helps 95% of = production PHP installations I wouldn=92t hold this back. If Windows ends u= p being important to folks some (and possibly msft) will contribute that. I think we should explore the feasibility of moving some internal PHP funct= ions to userland if performance is reasonable. Will help security.
