I'm happy with the approach in detail and available to address any further concerns. I'm waiting on the sidelines of the potential changes to the release schedule, but would like to ask whether anyone thinks a vote on this RFC should be postponed until everyone has had a good chance to consider it? I don't want to rush this for 7.3 but if we do have more time (or can reach a consensus one way or another), I personally believe that this is votable in its current state.
